I recently received an email that my truck was scheduled for production on 3/28. I was logged in the other day and noticed that the FX4 package I ordered is not shown anywhere. All of the other package details appear correct. The only weird thing is the lack of mention of the FX4 and its also lists an open differential. So my question is can other people see the FX4 listed on their order tracking pages? I reached out to the dealer a few days ago but haven't heard anything back. I am really nervous they may have incorrectly submitted my order and the last 3 months of waiting have been for nothing.

To be clear, I don't have FX4, but you should definitely get in touch with your dealer ASAP. My tracking page shows all my options correctly, and I made sure I had a copy of the build the dealer was submitting as well. I spent too much time on that configurator for it not to be correct!

A few days is honestly completely unacceptable to me. I'd be calling twice a day at this point.
