Does anyone know if this is normal or should I be concerned or is it a stain from the seal?

I've seen oil caps with milky residue from condensation but not all dirty like that.

I mean your engine is pretty dirty. Do you take off your cap and lay it on the engine with all that dirt? Was your cap a little loose by chance and dirt was getting in?

Yes I do lay it sometimes. I live in AZ so dust is crazy out here.my main concern was where you put the oil there is that perfect circle stain and wasn't sure if that's something to look into or what . The oil looks clean like oil should look.

Wipe it off and clean it up a bit. Probably normal.

I would replace the Oring and clean the mating surface, it’s normal wear (yes) but it’s painted to help keep it from swelling, you may have noticed it being harder to remove and install.
I will have to see if I can find a part number for only the Oring

That's very interesting! I had no idea they painted O-rings...mine seems to be tighter than when new...
