For me that ability came with the tune. I'd suspect that's the case for most folks of not all.does everyone truck but mine allow brake and gas to be pushed at the same time without the nanny pulling power and lighting up the dash?
Are you in 4L? Also, is traction control still On? I havent had much time to test this vehicle, but I know my previous one(s) 4H was very different in how it reacts vs 4H and also TC can get in the way if enabled.so any time i have any touch of both pedals i get error message and the computer pulls power. cant touch the brake and gas at the same time i thought it was how all the five g trucks are.
that why i was hoping someone had a work around or trick to get the brakes to transfer power easier without making the wheels spin more than needed.
Tune your truck and you can stand on both pedals all you want.so it sounds like no work around exists other than adapting to how the system works and overcoming it.
yes this happens in 4l and 4h and 2wd no matter what mode or setting. Are you in 4L? Also, is traction control still On? I havent had much time to test this vehicle, but I know my previous one(s) 4H was very different in how it reacts vs 4H and also TC can get in the way if enabled.
Mine is stock and doesn’t kick in until you are at speed. For off roading it will let you crawl with the brake and gas depressed until you are rolling good.the truck has the ford performance pack tune. i guess it does not stop the pedal nanny .
