Anyone have a tactic or trick to make the trucks computer kick on the brakes for wheels that dont have traction faster / easier when off road in order to send power to the wheels that do have traction?? the system works great, as soon as it kicks on its ALMOST like a locked differential. But, when I needed the extra help in a "sporty" twisted small loose rocky climb it seemed like the truck wanted more throttle and spin than I wanted to give before it transferred power. it was a situation where i really did not want to give much skinny pedal as sliding backwards would have been bad. so i took 3 tense attempts with the last needing a goose on the gas, then magic traction. in older setups one can ride the brake a little to send some power across the axle but in the 5g ranger if you push both pedals at once the computer nanny flips out and reduces power and lights up stuff on the dash.
any combo of settings or gears or modes make the system more sensitive ?
