The mark of a good leader is the ability to listen and understand the point of view of the opposing side. To not take drastic action based on emotions, but rather embrace the diversity of opinion. ?

I enjoy your posts and insights…or at least I used to until I somehow got blocked from seeing them….no idea why. Now I know that this is just the internet and I don’t get to chose my friends and/or listen to every conversation (and I truly don’t lose sleep over that)…but it’s kinda odd…especially now that Dave’s a moderator.

Plus, I did buy a DeeZee damper so that’s not the cause
