I only used the two factory seat bolts on either side to hold the base in.
I also used the three factory seat belt bolts to hold the rear back board in.
it is removable by removing just the 5 factory bolts and reinstalling the seat.

the seat belts are still in the truck, just tucked under the bottom board.
