2021 Cactus Grey Ford Ranger Tremor Lariat Pkg
Hey all! Been on the forum for a bit now as a lurker and finally starting to join in on the fun. After owning it for 9 years, I sold my 2011 Trail Teams FJ Cruiser (it was so badass) and after probably about a year or so of researching what I wanted my next vehicle to be, I landed on the Ford Ranger Tremor. I have loved being an owner of it so far. I test drove numerous other trucks in the segment and gotta say I'm still very happy with the Ranger. Tacoma is ancient, slow, and overpriced. Colorado is small, lame payload (ZR2), and didn't love the color options. Frontier Pro4x (2022) lacked aftermarket support. Ranger wins by a ton.

Stock Ranger. Day after I got it (April 2021), I fab'd up some brackets and added these crossbars (from my rooftop tent). Worked great for carrying my roof box and snowboard later.

Months after waiting because Covid has caused delays for literally everything:
(RSI SmartCap, 1.5in Ready Lift up front, custom drawers in bed)

I have since removed these dang side steps (in the market for new rock sliders!), added a rooftop tent, and added 3in lift (2in Icon Leaf Spring Pack + 1in ReadyLift) to the back to level it out. It got pretty heavy once I added the tent, topper, and drawer system and had a nasty sag.

Upcoming plans:
Rock Rails
Front Winch Bumper
Roof Rack with LED lights integrated
Swing out for bike rack
New Wheels
New Tires (after stock wear out)

Hopefully that will be the end of my Ranger build! I'm gonna be homeless by the end of it all

Follow my build on ig and youtube!

I see the new Nissan Frontier has removable steps on the rock sliders. Good idea. Hey, Ford the Tremor is made to go off road. Wouldn't you think these could cause problems catching things. Its the one thing I laugh at on the Tremor.

Well, technically they are removable on the Tremor too. There are a few people who unbolted theirs, looks good too. It just is not a real rock slider but better than nothing that is for sure.
