Never mind guys. My club card arrived in the mail today.
Took 20 days but I have it.


Hi guys,
On June 4th I signed up and paid my membership for the Mustang Club of America.
I got my X-plan pin that I was after but have not received my membership card.
Now the Club's membership site appears to be down.
Anybody know what is going on?
Does it always take a month or more to get your card?

Does anybody have contact info for them?
Email address for customer service, membership inquiries etc....
Or how about a good old fashion telephone number?
I called (850) 438-0626. That is the number I got from Google and got a voice mail box for them but they have not returned my call in 2 days

Received my own card within two weeks. Remember you need to hold the membership for 60 days before your purchase to get the X-plan pricing at the dealer

Yes I am aware of that. My dealer told me they would honor it anyway with just a valid pin number.

Yes, you don’t need to wait 60 days. My dealer honored right away. I also purchased a second vehicle (Escape) using X Plan.

I can also confirm that you do not have to wait, I didn't even get a card. Dealer printed my membership info off the website and used that with the PIN.

My only regret is I live so far North I'm unable to take advantage of the free car show tickets
