Had this problem since day 1. I have the modem in my truck and internet works with no problems. The issue is that in the beginning, it would say on the screen when checking data usage that your data my be out of date. Called ATT and Fordpass guides about it. ATT found out my modem was working, but they were not receiving my data usage on their control center. It took them about a month to correct it. No on the ATT site, I can see my data usage on my truck. Now to FordPass. I now get a message a internet trial is available, both on the truck display, and FordPass app. Mind you, the internet works flawlessly. I have talked to FordPass numerous times, getting different answers on the problem with the display and FordPass app not showing data usage. I finally escalated to a fordpass supervisor. Still not showing data usage and not getting anymore messages from the supervisor about what is going on with my case. FordPass guides have been basically useless, I.e. different answers, transferring me to sync tech support. Sync tech support does not do anything with FordPass. I guess it is a trivial matter, but I do keep track of data usage and would like it to work correctly. Just frustrated with FordPass guides. Any help or experiences with others would be very helpful.
