On the last screen you show where it says submit feedback have you submitted any? I get the first screen all the time thought it had something to do with phone not being paired to truck.I suddenly get this alert every time I turn on the ignition.
Never got this for 3 years.
I have turned off the automatic updates.
Also turned off SYNC Analytics and Diagnostics.
No luck. Still get alert.
Any ideas?.

Yeah, I’m not so worried on the data intrusion, but the fact that the screen pops every single time is REALLY annoying. But no other problems so I guess I should count myself lucky.I have gotten this off and on ever since the truck was new. I’ve never activated FordPass, and I don’t have the keyless entry, etc. i have to use the actual hardware key to start my truck.
i’ve never activated the WiFi thethering / hotspot, but I don’t know if Ford has it’s own cellular data account, and collects this data on their own dime. I never gave my permission for telemetry (that I know of), and I really dislike this intrision.
I have found out where the telemetry modem module is, and I’ve considered installing a kill switch or just flat disconnecting it. I don’t use the hotspot.
I also don’t want Sirius XM, and really HATE that it’s the default signal source on the stereo.
You don't need to activate the data plan for it to do the things it does, like using the Ford Pass app for remote features. If you have signed up for the app, you gave permission for data collection.
