Heat selection seems to be fine. No abnormal noise while changing settings. Although sometimes the manual buttons dont seem to change the settings, I have to use the touch screen. No evidence of animals. Thats the first thing I checked and thought.

Update on mine.. After 28 days in the shop, the replaced 3 u-joints. Drove it home and it seems like it fixed it. Not feeling the thump at stop anymore. Why the first tech couldn't figure that out, I will never know. Will be putting over 500 miles this weekend on it so that will be a good test...

That’s crazy. Sounds like they never installed shocks before and don’t know what to expect. Keep shopping.

There is an attachment point. Glued to the liner just behind the light with the other end a magnet to the roof. Still waiting to get mine fixed.
