With only 5000 miles I'd complain to the dealer. Too soon for the sensor to fail

If there was much of a misfire the check engine light would be on.

I was going to say two things that got hit already - water in the plug well or EGR...

The water on the plug well should be easy to check. Pull your plug wires one at a time and check for rusty water on the boot!

was the problem of water getting in the plug wells rectified on 2023 trucks? how was it getting in from the cowl? has it been modified? I know ford no longer supplies engine covers from factory.

I’m probably the last person to tell you use the search function but water in #4 plug has a solution solved here somewhere.. but I can’t remember who.. it’s like rubber pipe insulation being installed on the cowl..

I know my late build 21 doesn't drip water on the valve cover. I've checked after washing, car wash, rained all day, and crazy as hell ... hail dropping.. tornado and flash flood creating storms. Nothing. Not sure if lucky or they did something different. The cowling still seems be the same as the older trucks with the issue. Just minus the dripping (so far... now I am going to have to check again)
