Seems like everything's going that way now. They get you hooked on watching a show/series on tv then 2-3 seasons in they change it to a streaming service and try to force people to pay now. I have one streaming service and if it's not on there (like you) I just won't watch it anymore.Too many get sucked into this and next thing they know they're paying 2-3 x's as much as they were for just cable alone.
Not only that, some of them charge you extra, to NOT SEE AD's :curse:. I just got an email from Amazon that "add free" is going up. It was $2.99 extra to watch movies on Prime Video without ad's, now it' $4.99. I have Hulu and Disney for free w/ Verizon so I can deal with ad's there since I'm not paying for it lol. I may just cancel Prime altogether since I don't buy much from them anymore anyway.

I never got Prime but now they're buying up a lot of the sports viewing rights and I can see them (sports) going this route more and more in the future. I'll bet every major sports playoffs and the Super Bowl will be a pay per view even very soon. I could care less as I stopped watching most of them now except hockey. Hopefully they don't cave into this but it's all about making as much money as possible now.

This is so true!🤬

Me, as a Dallas Stars fan...in Oklahoma for years struggled to watch live games without paying an arm and a leg or having 2 or 3 different streaming services. Even people in Dallas struggled. Team listened to fans and last year Dallas partnered with APMC (A Parent Media Company) and brought Victory+, a FREE...YES ABSOLUTLELY FREE streaming service that shows live games. There were some bugs at first launch, only on some devices, but now just about every smart TV, IOS, Android and Roku type device should have access to the app in certain states. TX, OK, AR and LA. They have expanded to other sports now as well as lower divisions and they also do Aneheim Ducks stuff as well. So now all I have is Victory+ and YoutubeTV for national coverage games. I see this becoming the norm for sports coverage.

Now Texas Ranger Fans pay a subscription on Victory+ for baseball, but it's like $10 a month.

I know that I couldn't afford to buy it, but I'd drive it.

There were a few more of those there and these are my favorite Gen too. These were very popular back east for snowplowing because they had such a short wheelbase and could maneuver easily through tight parking lots. The town I grew up in had one that would do all the sidewalks and the town hall parking area.

I've seen some pretty nice restos with Coyote crates in that tax bracket lol. I think there a couple companies that actually make new bodys as well.

There is a company that will build an original Bronco any way you want it, a few miles south of here. They sometimes will bring one to our local cars and coffee. I have spoken to the owner a couple times and they said that some of these go for over $ 200,000.00 They are very well finished with modern mechanicals and perfect body panels, but $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

I think it’s a real testament to the cars of the late 60s and early 70s when you see the companies that specialize in resto-mods that take them back to OEM condition but with all the updated braking, steering, safety, suspension, electronics, etc.

Anyone who worked on the assembly of those vehicles back in the days should be super proud of what they produced!

It ain’t gonna happen with a Taurus or a Celebrity.

There is a company called Revology that builds brand new early Mustangs. I have seen a '66 convertable that was better than perfect. All new body panels that are reproduced and new suspension, frames, brakes, steering, powertrains, everything you can think of. The one I saw was $265,000.00.

If I was going to be spending $200,000+ I'd be buying a Corvette ZR1X or some other sports car. lol But I guess if you're loaded and money is no object than I would definitely be having one of these companies do resto mod on one of these first Gen Broncos.
