Do you know if they would have rubbed on the spindle without the wheel spacers?
With my 1” spacers I’m measuring 1 1/4” space between the widest part of the tire and the spindle. So not a ton of clearance but should be fine. Another thing to consider would be if all these Ford rims have the exact same offset and width. If you have the Black appearance package wheels then you’re all good.

I don't have the black package but have the 18's with the magnetic gray pockets. They are supose to be the same 18x8 ET +55. Is that what your door sticker indicates?

New to the forum (former long time Tacoma owner!) A friend talked me into test driving a new Ranger, and then this happened:

You may come to regret having said that...

Hi Michael,

Welcome to Ford and the 5G forums. I hope your new truck provides the usefulness and potential fun in your future. I think the Ranger is a worthy offering from Ford.

Word of warning! These forums are hard on the wallet. There are many fine folks here that are very helpful with any questions you might have!

Best,

Welcome! The Taco was on my list (along with the Canyon/Colorado) and I felt the Ranger just blew them away in every respect except the electric brake trailer controller, which Ford completely dropped the ball on and then recovered the fumble with the Redarc factory-authorized add-on. Now that I have it installed I am a happy camper.

Looking nice man! I need to get some new tires myself. I don't think it's going to happen though before the South East Ranger event at the beginning of September though. :(
