The Parts diagrams do not break it down any deeper, and it appears that the hub & spindle are part of the timing cover and is a pressed fit.
The only other possible is that there is a (Hex Bolt) in the shaft, that is not shown, that is securing the shaft/hub to the cover. If there is - Its most likely going to be LH Tread, to match the fan mounting.
I would have to physically check the engine if this is true, its most likely a pressed fit and the reason why it's not shown as a separate part from the cover.
