The Parts diagrams do not break it down any deeper, and it appears that the hub & spindle are part of the timing cover and is a pressed fit.

The only other possible is that there is a (Hex Bolt) in the shaft, that is not shown, that is securing the shaft/hub to the cover. If there is - Its most likely going to be LH Tread, to match the fan mounting.
I would have to physically check the engine if this is true, its most likely a pressed fit and the reason why it's not shown as a separate part from the cover.

Wow, that’s a lot of different things to look at / inspect. I’ll be leaving this at the dealer to figure out. I will say this: the fan hub shaft seems to exhibit some play as it’s spinning. I see the fan sensor support “tube” shaking around quite a bit at warm up and even as the engine settles down to idle. The large mounting nut / shaft is not spinning pin-straight; it wobbles a bit. It was doing this with the old clutch, and is now doing the same thing with the new one. I don’t think this is normal.
I would say that you have found your problem. The Fan hub should not be doing this. It would seem that its bearing is bad.

It may be possible that the AC Belt Tensioner is hanging up and the wobble you are seeing is due to the belt tension (changing) not consistent, I think that due to the layout (Crank & AC Pulleys) are solid, but the Cooling Fan pulley would be taking the stress and may try to pull downwards, this being the wobble you are seeing.
I would think this as being the issue over the (Fan Hub & Timing Cover)

Whelp (*slaps knee), it’s the fan pulley bearing, so we know what that means.

So, it looks like you need a new timing chain cover to get the fan hub bearing replaced. Is it covered under your warranty?

Timing chain cover is listed as covered under the 5/60.

Yes, it is, with only four weeks or 4000 miles till the end of the powertrain warranty. I got a F150 as a loaner vehicle and I have to say I can’t believe this is the number one selling vehicle in America. It drives like absolute dog shit. They do say that only 10 to 15% of full-size truck owners actually need a full-size truck. It must be marketing hype, or just compensating for something else.
