The pins in this connection are smaller than those I have in my bundle kit. I Need to know sources for these, Ford, Amazon, Digikey or other. Specifically I need pins 12-13 on the cabin harness (14401/14A005) side and pin 19 on both sides.

Just curious... are you replacing damaged pins or adding for a new project?

I guess I need to look harder, I can only find the pins with a pigtail, or from a connector site that wants to only sell quantities that would make sense in manufacturing, 7,500 or more.

If local Ford dealer shops are like aviation line stations, they should have an abundance of various contact pins in stock available as kits.

Now that would be for - Fords PN's

I do not know the breakdown of the Terminal Part #
But this is the information I can find on them

Manufactured by: TE Connectivity

9U5T-14421-BA - 22 Gauge / 0.64 / Tin Plated - Male
Alternate PN: attached to this: EU2Z-14421-BA and 0-1924275-1

8U5T-14474-BA - 20 Gauge / 0.64 / Tin Plated - Female
Alternate PN: attached to this: DU2Z-14474-DA and 0-1456841-1

You may try to find (search) terminal pins for 22 Gauge pins and find something like you already have from the Amazon Kit.

Some splicing involved, but from what I can tell these are the terminal pins needed., if you cannot locate (source) an aftermarket solution.

Comes as a kit of 5.
This is the cheapest route through Ford
Via: Tasca Auto Parts $21.95
Male:
Terminal - Ford (EU2Z-14421-BA) or WT1012

Male Pins.jpeg

Female:
Kit of 5
via Tasca Auto Parts $26.60

Terminal - Ford (DU2Z-14474-CA) or WT1002

That are what I've found as well. I would prefer to do the pin/socket crimp myself so the wire color into the connector is visible.

I did get the one harness that Ford got in stock by Friday. It was the driver's door harness. I broke it down and added the wires between the mirror connector and the 2 connectors they go to in the cab. I plan to use addition leads between C516 and C210 from the harness to add the right door's harness between C601 and C212, I'll just add printed sheets for the related connector views in my Ranger book with notes on the colors actually used there. I found the easiest way to route the wires for me was to remove the speaker and then pull the cab and exterior door grommets into the door and out the speaker opening. I have some fiber glass rod that I could work though the grommets and flex. Then tape the sockets to the rod and pull it back through.

I did remove the power fold terminal sockets from door harness side of C210 and just shoved the wires I added from the exterior mirror control into the sockets and covered with no adhesive heat shrink for now. That got the power fold on the driver's door working. Since the ClearView mirrors ship folded and I didn't have time to run the wires behind the dash to the right door, I just plugged the right mirror in on the left to unfold it before mounting the mirror to the door.

I didn't get as many photos as I had hoped but was a time limit before evening work function and planning to leave the following morning to get to a trailer that I planned to take home. Once I get the terminals I need to make use of the existing connectors on the harnesses, I'll resume the wiring work and with more time. I did wrap the door harness with harness tape, so it looks really close to stock, unless you look really closely.
