That's the plan, I think my actual first purchase with be a portable compressor. I'm just doing research for now. XLT w/ FX4, Black appearance and Tow.
Do you already have the factory navigation?

Nope, wasn't important to me since I use my phone and Android Auto.
If you are already using Android Auto then I would consider the Garmin Switch due to it working with Android Auto already and the fact of you do get a Compatible Garmin GPS you can use that as well for the switches.

Watched some videos last night.

Triggercontroller was 50/50 I say from what I found. Some loved it, some thought it was designed well but poorly built others thought it was just trash. The ones with longer use seemed to be the ones that gave the bad reviews, compared to the ones with only a few months of use.

Garmin Powerswitch. Probably the easiest install, not liking the price (on sale currently though https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/718849) and I think not having actual switches would annoy me in certain situations. But the clean simple install is a definite plus.

Auxbeam looks to be a good middle ground option. Install is not that hard, Just one wire into the cab for the controller. 6 and 8 "switch options, customizable, and a good price.

Thanks for all your input :like:

Don't forget, you also have the option of trading the truck in and buying a Tremor.

Or Lightforce facia with double switches gives you 6 switches between the 12v plug

But he does not want to run extra wires through the firewall like a square

Crazy suggestion but can the oem switches from the tremor be retrofitted in? I’d think the harness is there right?
Also they are pricy but heard nothing but good things on the S Pod switches.

Definitely excited to see what you move out with!

If I'm trading it in on anything it would be a Bronco Badlands w/ Sasquatch lol.

FWIW I just installed the Garmin Powerswitch, took about 10 minutes. There's a really good spot on top of the fuse box cover where it fits perfectly. I used a couple of m5 bolts (not included). I used the ground that's just behind the driver's headlight. I haven't installed my lights yet, but pairing was simple, and the app popped up as an option through carplay on my dash with no issues. I moved it to the front of the app stack. I created the labels for the outputs I want to control, then created a few custom buttons for "all on", "light bar" "ditch lights" that sort of thing.

I'm jealous! It's reassuring to hear a real world positive review!
