Lock/unlock lit after shutoff and lock

Anybody notice after you shut your truck off and lock it up the lock unlock buttons are lit? How long do they stay on?

Door Lock Switch Inhibitor
The power door lock switch no longer operates after 20 seconds. You must unlock your vehicle with the remote control, or switch the ignition on to restore function to these switches.
