Light groaning from rear

Hi, I’ve been noticing a slight groaning sound coming from rear of my truck when driving slow. It’s not obnoxious, I have to turn the radio and climate system off to hear it. Sounds similar to a wheel bearing or brake pad sticking. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue? If it gets louder I will bring it in, but my local dealer is crap and the next decent dealer is 45 mins away. 22 ranger with 27000km
