Rainy day today in SoCal, so I decided to get a couple of lighting projects done. Cali Raised ditch lights with their low profile mounts. Product quality seems to be good. Let's just say I am impressed for the cheap price. Hopefully, they will last. Installation was straight forward and there is no chance of interference with the windshield wipers. The lights come with a complete harness that has a fuse, relay, and activation switch and is long enough to get the job done. Didn't use any of that stuff. Instead I direct wired them into the 6th aux switch of the tremor package. 54 watts total.

Project number 2 was lighting in the bed. I want to give a big thanks to everybody on the site that has shared their bed lighting projects. All of the different styles and installations helped me narrow down what was going to be a good fit for me. I wound up getting the split harness Wolf Haus bed plug as the power source because I intended to get one for a 12V cooler/fridge anyway. Bought the 60" LED strip lights and a 15MM switch as other on the site have. Totally, happy with the results. No drilling required and plenty of light. This project took far longer and there was a lot of in and out of the bed and/or crawling underneath the truck to route and dress the wires. The light kit did come with a complete harness also and the leads on the strip lights were long enough to reach the other side of the bed from underneath. That made life easier to get everything spliced together on the drivers side. Didn't need any additional wire. Just heat shrink and looming.

I don't have anymore parts stacked up for the Ranger now.....Looks like I will need to start shopping again.....Sounds like a perfect Sunday morning activity to do with a computer, internet, and Bloody Mary....?

While your personal thread should be titled let there be small suns going super nova on my truck. Makes everything else seem amateur at best. ?
LOL...I'm grateful for the honorary crown (and laughs) but we know in reality, there's plenty of set ups out there that can easily out perform mine...it all comes down to $$$$...man, think of what I could've set up with that $6K...

Most lights on a 5g ranger. The only one to measure their light output in Sols.
