Upfitter switches didn't work from the factory. It was harder to find a competent dealership that could fix it than it was to fix it. Service paperwork said that a connector was found to be unplugged.

Same everything with the similar results. Hoping the MPG improves a little with a few more miles on the clock. My F150 with the 2.7 did improve with more mileage. Not sure why but would definitely take the F150 MPG as a win if the Ranger could do it.
