Largest tire for 18" wheel

I need to order tires asap. I have a Lariat FX4 with 18" wheels. What is the tallest size I can go without needing to do any serious trimming? Everything is factory, no lift or level. Thank you!

If im not mistaken the biggest you can go with no problems is a 265/65-18. That would be equivalent to the 265/70-17 and others have ran that with no problems when stock.
