Army 2 yrs 9 months 16 days 1 tour Vietnam, 11 years as Air Traffic Controller FAA @ SAT until retired (search Aug. 3rd 1981). Owned 2 NAPA Auto Parts Stores for 27 years. Got tired of auto parts and sold but not ready to retire yet. Went to work at local Ford dealer and retired after 5 years as Svc Mgr.

I get it David. When I was a younger man I wanted to open up a house of ill repute. But, I was afraid I'd have to run it hand until I got it staffed. ?

Worked as a Conductor and Locomotive Engineer for the UP for about 13 years. Got elected in 2015 to serve as a full time Officer with my Union. I miss running trains but my Union job has been an amazing experience.

I may need your help @Doc My wife was diagnosed with heart failure a few months ago and there is nothing they can do for her other than a transplant. When we were teenagers she was diagnosed with Leukemia and she was given less than a 5% chance to survive. Well 30 years and 3 sons later her left ventricle is operating at 15 to 20 percent and they know it is from the chemotherapy she had back then. However, she has beaten so much in her life we know this is just another bump in the road and she will beat this too.
