Now that the weather is starting to shift towards colder temps here in the southeast, I've noticed an inconsistency with the cabin heat temps. The driver's side vents typically blow cooler air than the passenger side vents despite both temperature settings being the same and dual climate being turned off. However, if I increase the temperature setting by a few degrees, the drivers side will start blowing hot air as normal. I am aware of the common issue with the blend door actuator but this seems to an issue with a temperature sensor somewhere since the drivers side heat does work it just requires the temperature be increased. Am I ignoring the obvious in hopes it is not the blend door or has anyone else experienced this?
