Bought a 2020 ford ranger xlt extended ( Salvage title) beautiful and love it. ($ 13,000 - 65000 mi)
He said he didn't put a horn in it yet, @ $ 15 for a horn I said I would take care of that.
I found a small harness and connector right above where the horn goes. Pretty sure it's the right one.
But when the horn is pushed, there is no power at this connectors end.
The terminal on the connector is connected to ground, but the other one doesn't seem to be connected
When I put my finger on the relay and push the horn button, I can feel the relay engage. But no power goes
to the connectors other pin.
To trouble shoot this, it would really help if I had the pin number where the horn comes into the BCM.
If have to unwrap some harness, it would help to know which header plug and even pin is the horn.
