I have small vacuum leak in my PCV circuit after installing my catch can. I left my scan tool at our river house so I'll have to wait to use the tool to clear the code after the fix.
IIRC some older vehicles would clear an inactive code with several key on-off cycles.
Does this work on our Rangers?

If the leak is fixed, the Check Engine light may reset after so many drive cycles (not ignition cycles) without the fault being present.
