We’ll be celebrating with our 5 kids and their families but at 5 different times. Because nowadays with work and family commitments it’s impossible to get anyone together at the same time. But we accept that and embrace what we can do.

I have/had hosted those Xmas family celebrations for + 30... after the folks have passed family has drifted into their own fifedoms. That is just normal evolution and I seem to remember not doing large family Reunions at some point when my folks were doing it as a kid. I am now trying to catch some of my siblings in the season and am grateful for my blessings to get through trying times at this time.

.. you are blessed if you have a warm Hallmark Xmas in your life. You are blessed even when you are having a frozen turkey meal for having the memories of Xmas past. The blessing is to remember who's birthday is today.

From deep within my heart to those with large celebrations and to those folks who's traditions have evolved to a frozen turkey dinner...Merry Christmas and God bless everyone ..
