I don't know about "stupidly divulged. " Probably not common knowledge, but I doubt it is classified information, either. Ford Connect, OnStar, U-Connect, all of them track you whether you are using your phone or not.So some ex FBI bunny went on the news and did an interview about the Maine shooter. She (stupidly) divulged that the FBI can pull all the GPS locations he's been, internet searches and other infomation off his infotainment system in his car if his phone has ever been paired or plugged into the USB. I figured there is some info in there but didn't realize the phone downloads everything into a hard drive in the vehicle.
