Youth baseball always seem to be the worst offender.

My kids were on some bad baseball teams. It seems every volunteer coach has a kid he thinks is the next A Rod only they can't hit or field an aren't very fast. My twins best sport was wrestling. It was the least political about who started too since who ever won the wrestle off was the starter.
