I have built a number of coastal offroad bumpers and they are in my experience about an 80% finished product. Every single one I have done has had some issue that I had to resolve to make it a fully functioning bumper for the end user. Be it adding extra clearance so when the vehicle flexes the bumper does not hit to not being able to attach the front bolts on winch mounts on a number of them without drilling holes in the bumper for access (I believe after I mentioned it on the third one he has fixed it on most). Just be aware that there will be hiccups and you will have to modify to fit your needs.Looks like we have an option.

Very excited, and may end up going this route.
