Started the year off with a broken foot. Ending the year with a broken wrist! Whattt??? Where'd my calcium go??

Dang, what a year. Get well soon. Also I like the blue. Some one else posted this picture, but I saved it because it pretty much sums up 2020. I am fully expecting next year to be better. I hope it is for you too. No more breaks.??

Wow wasn't around for the foot but terribly unfortunate for sure. Hope you mend well Tracy. I'll be praying for you Girl. ?

Man Tracy, I just saw this thread. I thought I was having a bad year. A new liver, two kidney stones and ulner nerve surgery. At least I didn't break anything. Lots of ideas for getting your calcium, I don't have any new ones. Mend soon and let's all hope for a better 2021, can't get much worse. I probably just jinxed us now.?

When you get better, keep it up. Walking may be better for your body and still will aid in weight loss and overall health. My wife just lost a lot of weight walking and doing a better eating choice of no sugar and no grains. The combination worked well for her after years of trying other things in vain.

Al, I just thought of something, I was tired yesterday....She broke her wrist from NOT having a damper!

Another to add to the list in the damper mod section.....No broken bones. ?

Thank you! My brother wanted me to get a green one to match the one currently on his left foot (I know, what a clutzy family ), but I liked the blue too.

Believe me, I’d much rather have a bone fracture than a kidney stone any day. Bless you! Also, congratulations on your new liver - hope all is well with that & ulnar nerve surgery just sounds mighty painful (or hopefully relieved your pain).
I pray we all have a wonderful New Year. I’m very hopeful!
