Anybody seen this issue? Fogs work, high beams work, but no low beam (or DTL). Bulbs are good and no voltage at light.

This was interesting. There is a hidden fuse box on the bottom side. Took me 10 minutes to find it. Fuses checked out.

There is a relay which controls the DRLs. And, there is a resistor too. If the relay is bad, or the resistor is open (the usual case), there DRLs won't work, and there will be no voltage at the plug.

If memory serves, there are tow procedures to follow; one for LED and one for halogen lamps.

Do you know the location of the relay and resistor? These are the halogen lamps btw.

I assume there's a control module that turns the lights on when they're supposed to come on. Wonder if it's locked up. I would try disconnecting the battery for a while an see if it clears.

We’ll I’m an idiot. Now that I’m fully awake I realized I pulled the wrong bulb earlier. They did in fact both burn out at the same time. H11s hopefully it’s just that, I do have 12V at the connector.

Thanks for the help.

No, without doing a lot of research. I have the extended service manual for my 2019 XRT, which I paid for. The file is 350 megabytes. I can send it on my direct to net fiber link, but most ISP do not allow such large files to be received.

I suspect (I haven't tried) you can find the issue on the net with a bit of searching. Obviously, your dealer should know about this issue (it is a common failure mode), and should either be able to fix it, or if you're lucky, tell you where to look.
