BTW, The shoestring trick is far more accurate than the bump stock. Your grip and stance does not change with the shoestring.
I've heard the bump stocks burn ammo an hurt accuracy. I was never interested in them.

That's why I recommended .22 - Cheap plinking rounds. And you are correct on the second count too. They are not real accurate.

But out on the farm in the back woods low country a redneck can have a great deal of cheap entertainment. Our family's annual pig pickin starts off with lot of home cooked foods, then progresses to breakin out the guns and shootin, then the fireworks of all manner come out, and finally the home made cannon makes it debut. It is LOUD and it will send golf balls (more than one in a load) into low earth orbit! There is usually a tag football game in there too.

Not too worry it is very sparsely populated and there is 20 miles of swamp in the direction where we play.

If the bump stock is legal I want the FRT to come back. I emailed them awhile ago asking for an AR-10 version, lol. I have a Franklin Binary but it is sitting in a drawer after it went full auto with the safety on.

Oh ok it is back!

I seem to own some of America's meekest firearms. None of them seem to even have a temper. They're stupid, too. Can't figure out how to get themselves out of an unlocked cabinet.

The Surgeon General needs something better to do, in my opinion, like maybe focusing on addressing mental health issues more vigorously or maybe trying to find a way to get people to stop randomly breeding like rabbits and learning to take personal responsibility for their actions as opposed to blaming bad behavior on inanimate objects.

It seems we are entering the era of self driving guns, with similar results to the cars.

Im not familiar with the 320 in the article but I am with the 226. It was sea service staple for a bit. IF the 320 works like the 226 does id have to call bull shit on the holsters touching and boom foot shooting story. The SIg I know has a de cocker, making a longer trigger pull needed, as well as a slide safety blocking the firing pin. So the 320 is way different or some "magic" took place lol.

This is actually old news. The first time I had some interest in the gun my search turned this up.

I'm excited about my new project! This is an early Bridgeport Charter Arms Undercover. 38 SP (from when Charter Arms was good, hahahahaha).

I snagged this very rough and non-functional example for $52 and shipping off Gun Broker! I also got a parts kit for $32 and shipping.

I'm going to fully dissamble it, polish and rust blue it, and get it back into fighting shape.
