Where we are it gets hot as well (Palm Springs area). Probably not as hot as you though.I was just about to get into reloading when I was still living back east. I actually bought a Hornady Lock n Load press and a few other items like a scale and bullet puller then I decided to move out here so I sold everything. Ammo got reasonable again and not having a basement here really hinders where you can work on your hobbies because the garage is well over 120 in the summer and there's really not enough room for a nice set up.I have to use the center island when I do an AR build or work on my guns and when it's finally nice out here I can clean them out on my patio table so I don't stink up the house. lol
We live in a senior community. I put a 10'x14' Tuff Shed that is 100% dedicated to reloading and firearm stuff in the "back yard". Running a 10,000 btu A/C unit works pretty good. There is no way I could get away with it in the house. I am a competitive shooter and normally shoot hundreds of rounds per month.
