EDIT: Would you say the gap around the bottom is noticeable in person? It's hard to tell in the pics how visible it is.

Lol, then we have a lot in common... RS, Ranger, being anal, etc... Great job again and thanks for being the crash test dummy on this! I emailed that seller on eBay, hoping he gets back to me.

Finished product! A little more trimming on the bottom right corners, approximately 1/8” taken off in depth approximately 1” wide. Grille secured at factory mounting holes.

That's the knockoff version that was mentioned earlier in the thread. I'm not sure if its the same dimensions as the OEM, but if so it apparently only needs a little nip/tuck to make it fit.

I'll more than likely make an install vid of mine once I get it AND the truck.

That won't work as its for the "ROTW" Ranger Front end - the grill is connected to the bumper.

I just ordered a Raptor grille off Ebay. It’s an original Ford part coming from Thailand so it’s going to be a while in transit.

I just ordered one as well! Should get it about the time my Ranger arrives!

I'll take pictures and report back once I put it on. Seller already has shipped it from Thailand and it's going to take about 2-4 weeks.

Guess what guys, I just got one from Ebay as well from Thailand, it says genuine Raptor Grille, so we will see. Also I was lucky enough to get the approximate dimensions from the NA Ranger which are pretty close to the ones he is selling, It seems like it might be a little longer in length, either way, I will return if it is. Will let you know once I get my ranger, this is going to be one of my first mods since I will be able to do in my garage and take my time. Also, I would get the 3 piece lights but still pondering on how to mount them, I don't think I will until there is a permanent solution on mounting these lights.

As I look at the Raptor grille and the NA grille, it looks like the NA grille has a center section and an outer band piece whereas the Raptor is all one piece which I think accounts for the extra length you mention. This was the case with my Tacoma TRD OR grille and the Tacoma TRD Pro grille!

This is a pic of the grille, only issue i see is trimming the edges.
