It looks like Ford never came out with them and discontinued the part # LB3Z-2655200-A

We will remove the cleats as there would be no use for them on a Ranger that we can see.

I am looking for a Seat Cushion (Pad) for a 22 Ranger Lariat, I have been given this part number?
This is the Driver's Side

P/N - KB3Z-2163223-B
I believe the Engineering Part Number is: KB3B-2163223-BD
Does the Engineering Part Number - Cross Ref the Service Part Number exactly or are there alternates that can be used?

I am questioning this part number as the parts diagrams (Lariat) show this as a combo part with the Heating Pad as an assembly - however that has been discontinued.
I am fighting a sinking cushion issue and wanted to ensure that the part number that has been replaced is the true part number for the Lariat (8-Way Adjustable & Heated Seat) and is there any other effective part number for the Cushion / Pad that may be a higher density cushion to eliminate the sinking cushion I have.

I also have associated part numbers as follows:

Heat Pad Assy (Drivers) - KB3Z-14D696-B
Cover (Driver') Ebony - MB3Z-2162901-DA
