The fuel line removal tool that is recommended. (Lisle 39120), was not available at my local auto parts store.
The dilemma is, the line is so close that you can't get the normal tool behind it.
My solution was to split the plastic tool in half so I could " dip in". (The metal tool is not flexible enough to dip it). It was still difficult to bend it in there and I had to use some chanel locks, but it did finally work.
