I replaced the Transmission earlier this year, and before doing this I put the truck back to stock, so the transmission could relearn everything. My question is now I want to put the ProCal back in, but it still retains the old programming pulled from the old trans. Will it pick up the old habits, or should I download a fresh new learned history and go from there.

I think the tune will repeat the "learn process". I changed tunes a few times with the Livernois tuner an never had a problem.

What about the valve body being different? Do I need to download a new base to tune for the new valve body in the new trans?
