I emailed Ford Performance but I thought that I would/could probably get the answer from you guys faster and/or better.
Here's what I sent in an email to Ford.
"Hello, today I installed a Ford Performance tune on my 2019 Ranger, using the M-9603-REB tuner. After installing the tune in my truck, I went for a drive lasting longer than 30 minutes. During the drive, I used the device to log the data of the drive, I started recording before I started driving and stopped recording when I stopped driving, so I could view the data once I got back.
I followed the instructions on how to data log, but when I connect the device to ProCal 4, and click on the "log files" tab, There is nothing. It's just blank.
I have looked online for hours to figure out what I am doing wrong but I can't find any information on this issue.
I am looking forward to hearing from you."
