Ford Pass Rewards

When I purchased my Ranger I got 42,000 rewards points. I used them to get red tow hooks to go along with the red Tremor grill inserts and Tremor graphics along with the infamous damper. It's been almost 2 months and Ford Pass still says I have 42,000 points.

Does it take this long for Ford Pass to be updated or did the parts department at the dealer screw up and I got the parts without being charged for them?

FWIW, when I have used points they have been deducted pretty much immediately after service.

I bought my XLT Ranger new on 12/2/19. I have accumulated 63,185 points to this day. After three oil changes at the dealership, no points have ever been deducted.....so there's that.

Best bet is try to use them at your dealership- then you'll find out how many you really have left.

The Ford website/app can be a bit dodgy in keeping things updated.

It took a couple of months for mine to be deducted but they eventually disappeared, your mileage may vary...

I just picked up my truck (had red tow hooks purchased and installed) and the dealer took my email address and used it to apply to my bill balance, my FordPass app on my phone updated immediately.

Two things. When I bought my xlt they actually doubled my reward points to 84,000 and then deducted back down to 42,000

in Sept I used all 42,000 points towards a pivot tool box in the bed. that was deducted on the monday after I picked it up. (it being a saturday)

I have heard that they expire so I figured use them up. I could be wrong about that though

huh. For me they have not added any points for the last two oil changes I have had done at the dealership. Last one was nearly two months ago and still nothing.
