Ford pass app red at top ?

Has anyone had the issue of deleting scheduled starts, but vehicle still starts at those set times? I wondered why I kept going through so much gas but realized my truck had been starting everyday at 0540 and idling for 15 min.....i deleted theapp, reinstalled, removed my truck from the app, and did a factory reset on the sync3 system hoping that resolves the issue. I cannot change the scheduled start time due to it being deleted...

Well an update , its been working fine but still red at top , just used it this morning , NO RED at top , nothing changed on my end , that i know of anyway ...

An update to my update , used it twice more here at work , the response time has improved dramatically , only spins for a few seconds now , and I have messeges and I reached a milestone of some kind , I wonder if my visit to the dealer the other day "woke something up " somehow , not sure but its working awsome right now , far better than it has since ive had it. Happy Dance !

I am using an Samsung Galaxy S9 running Android 10 and FordPass App Version 4.12.1 USA. The red bar at the top of the app appears every time I access the app but quickly disappears within about a half of a second. I think (at least for me) the app checks for any notifications when first turned on and then not seeing any, it turns off the red bar.

That makes.sence , I just tried it (still red) but works fine , Tire Pressure and oil life respond faster too , and the "update " where it tells you where the truck is located seems to be better ( 11 and 12 hours between before ) I have some areas of spotty coverage but I dint think thats it...

The red bar on the app no longer appears as of this morning so my reasoning above is not correct.

I have "service history " now that I didntt before , I wonder if by the dealer putting me in their system , it pushed something on me ? Maybe ? No red at all now , not even on startup... Odd , truck just keeps fixing things on its own , im good with that...
