Anyone else having issues with the Ford order tracking website? When I put my order # and VIN in, and click "Accept & Track" it just brings me back to the same page with nothing filled in for both fields. Seems like this started a week or so ago.

Anyone else having issues with the Ford order tracking website? When I put my order # and VIN in, and click "Accept & Track" it just brings me back to the same page with nothing filled in for both fields. Seems like this started a week or so ago.
Couple things to try:
  • Manually type the info in again rather than using auto fill
  • If you are using a VPN, try deactivating it.

Ford seems to be digitally challenged. Simple, relatively small over the air Sync updates take hours. Starting my Ranger from FordPass can take close to two minutes, even with a 3 bar signal;
about 7 seconds for my Dronemobile app on my Mariner- both use AT&T cellular data. The 360º rotate feature on Ford.com Build and Price webpage is at least two generations behind.
The 2022 Ranger order bank has been open since September 27th, and Ford hosted a worldwide premiere of the 2023 Ranger, yet no 2022 B&P on the webpage. They still had the discontinued Flex B&P up after the 3rdQ sales showed 0 remaining.

I guess we should be thankful it's in color

Yep - tried both and same results. :(
Might be a maintenence/update stall. I couldn't login to my VA account earlier today

Same here tried a couple times today and just a few minutes ago, nothing just blanks,i tried a dealer ordered Ranger using that specific order # and VIN# and that info comes up.
Try this order # Z200 VIN# 1FTER1FH8MLD63309 as an example, it shows the info.
when I put mine in nothing.

Yep - put your info in and it works. The VIN and Order # that I received via a Ford email worked also until last week. Wonder what's up with it? Hope my order is not lost now.

I was experiencing the same earlier in the week (page reloads after you submit, with blank fields for the Order # and VIN). I think it has nothing to do with the whereabouts of your truck. It’s just a glitchy website.

Yea I've experienced that before with refreshing the page issue, maybe when there is going to be a status change in the order it (Fords system) goes underground LOL. (wishful hoping on the status change thing)

My order is for a Super Crew Lariat.
ok cause what I'm seeing from local dealer websites in my area is that the SCabs seem to be delayed that have similar order dates and some earlier than mine, while SCrews with later order dates from mine are built, in transit, or delivered already and that is a sampling of 3 dealers, various option packages and about 13 ordered trucks overall.

Customer orders always take precedent over dealer stock orders. For whatever reason, (dealer's allocation, commodity issues etc) ford may build more of one body type than another, but a customer ordered vehicle regardless will be scheduled before that dealer's stock order(s).
i.e.: if both are submitted the same week to the Unscheduled Order Bank (USOB) a retail Supercab or Super crew will be scheduled ahead of a dealer's stock order Super Crew(s) or Super Cab(s).
