Ford OEM Bug Deflector Mounting Clips

Although I've found complete mounting kits on Ebay, all I need are two replacement plastic mounting clips for my Ranger's installation (circled in red in attached pic). Anyone have a part number or know where I can get these?

It's hard to tell from the photo, but those look very similar to regular plastic wall anchors, only with "ears".
Wonder if you couldn't simply use a plastic wall anchor ?
Or, do away with the plastic insert and simply use a push pin or a push rivet as pictured. Any auto store, Lowes, Home Depot carries them.
