Regular bulbs are burnt out and Houston PD won't stop you for running highbeams. That is my guess anyway. I am over on the west side of town.
It seems no department will. West side is pretty nice from what I’ve seen, I have to go to Sugarland and Katy often for school which is a drag since I’m in the SE part of town.

.Inside the loop here. A lot of these idiots have their windshield tinted and sides blacked out (way beyond legal limits). They need brights to see.

I wish I knew why people drove with their brights on in and around Houston. Most of the streets are so well lit you don’t even need low beams. My last truck didn’t have tint on it so it was more noticeable and for some reason a majority of them were Toyotas and civics.
I’d bet they are those “totally legal,” safe” drop in leds, not high beams. Those things are dangerous.

That's good to know, I appreciate it, looks like all I need to buy is the obd2-usb adapter and I'm good to go
Amazon has them. Get the $60 cable, the $20 one didn't work for me. It wanted me to download a driver, something I haven't had to do in like ten years, but the website in the instructions for the drivers didn't exist any more. Got a refund no problem. My bud had the better cable and hooked me up.

What is the point of having fogs on with highbeams? Is it a want to look cool thing? If my brights are on, I am outside city limits and on country roads (I am not driving a toyota and have no need to blind other people) and need to see further and wider. Fogs are for low visibility weather in which highbeams would literally blind you and the oncoming vehicle. What am I missing?
In parts of PA there are more deer than people and we need all the help we can get. Hence the name "Bambi Mode".

In Forscan you can also adjust the tire size if you get bigger tires so the speedometer reads right.

I've had close calls with deer before but don't see how that would make any difference. Seems like a light bar will be more useful in avoiding an unfortunate meeting with the local wildlife/food source.

In most states this is illegal I believe. In Texas I certain it is also illegal.

Just try to imagine how the fog lights on the road would dazzle you on a wet road if you were to meet a truck with full lights in a normal car, i.e. a car with a normal seating position... that should answer the question.
I know that mutual consideration is not the thing of the emerging fascist transatlantic wave, but think of the CHILDREN... AND SAFETY.
Anyone travelling with stadium lighting like this below 50m visibility should be terminated on the spot. And the inventors of automatic LED floodlights as well.

Well I setup forscan and set everything up how I wanted, I also jailbroke my sync 3 and installed a couple mods on that too. And for everyone crying about being blinded by the lights blah blah blah. Well I'm that asshole lmao, I switched out all my halogen with LEDs and I look like the sun coming down the road.
