There are many videos on YT of similar situations, vehicles stopped by multiple LEO cars, and half a dozens guns out and aimed at completely innocent people who who end up cuffed on the ground until the fuk is corrected.

I think that plate is a wrap also with a fake number plate that doesn't exist. That should make it keep searching.

Every month. They are owned by a private company and we supposedly pay $1500.00 a month for access to the information for each one in service. Not just plate recognition either. Facial recognition and listen to Every conversation in range. Wonder how much information they sell/leak to China. Scary to have a private company in the business of collecting and selling information like this.

They must have HUGE incentives to the local municipalities to get them to buy these things.
