Not sure what category this goes under, so exterior it is...

The Ranger Ford Performance Diff Cover is now up at the FP website and available for purchase from @LevittownFordParts.com here. I got my order in yesterday - now the wait begins.

With all the ribbing and such it seems it would be much stronger than the current OEM diff cover. Probably important to Offroad racers, but for most offroading likely not needed. But if you want your diff cover to look cool..

Not sure what advantage two fill plugs offer. Any ideas?

Per the instructions, the top fill plug is not used, only the bottom.

This alone isn't really worth the extra machining costs, but since it's there, I would use it for a fill vent.

I’m running the ARB one for the Jeep JL rubicon with the M220 diff. Which at least has a drain plug on it. The ford one is the same one available from spicer/Dana, just with a different plaque on it.

Assuming it has dual fittings ala 13-14 GT500 with track pack as they have the diff cooler. Pump circulates through an external cooler nearby. Definitely overkill but wondering if this is used on the Ranger Raptors or will be on potential NA Ranger Raptor.

Is Spicer 10040651 Differential Cover a suitable replacement for the factory differential cover? It's half the cost of the Ford Performance cover.

As this is “Ford Performance”, perhaps the two holes are for rapid pit stop fluid changes. Squirt the fluid into the top hole until it flows out the bottom hole, insert plugs and GO!
