I use Android Auto all the time in my wife's Escape and it works well for what we need it for, but her escape does not have factory navigation, so as stated, it works well. In the Ranger, I do have the factory navigation, but I did notice that when I plug my phone in with Android Auto active, it disables my factory nav and I have to use either Waze or Google Maps. Now, no argument that they will always be more up to date, but i don't want to always be using my phone when, for most circumstances, my factory nav is just fine and doesn't burn my data! Is there anyway in ForScan to disable this deactivation of the factory nav when Android Auto is active?

Thanks in advance for any input!

I could not find a way to do it so I turned off Android Auto. I would like to use AA but not at the expense of loosing the nice Factory Nav system

Yeah, that's what I have done to this point too. Just seems like there should be something in the settings that we can flip with ForScan for this? Maybe someone will come up with it!

Negative. The way CP/AA were integrated they take over essentially everything when they're enabled. There's no coexistence.
