Does the EU and the US have the same headlights

I've seen these mustang headlight assembly's on EU rangers but I was curious if the US and EU Rangers have the same headlights. They look similar but it seems that no one is really buying them for their us ranger so I'm assuming they don't fit. Also is there anyone coming out with headlight assembly's?

Might contact Connecticut Joe (sells the Raptor-style grill). I saw these on his ebay store a couple of weeks ago, but don't know if they fit the NA Ranger.

The top corner on the fender side has a different radius & the bottom fender side mount is different. The wiring is also different.
