Can you not unlock your vehicle per the app? I see that option every time I use it to start my truck.

ah, didn't think of that. In my "adventures" I don't think I ever have not had cell service. Guess my "adventures" are not that adventurous

Its a big deal for me because when I hike I rarely have cell service - it is a big reason why I use the hitch safe.

When I go kayaking I put my keys in a waterproof pouch and then put the pouch in a zippered pocket.

Just my 2 cents.
